Founded in 2016 by Cathleen Adkin, a professionally trained graduate of Johnson & Wales University (Providence, '91) she brings a personal commitment to gluten free living. Our dedicated gluten free bakery is a haven for others with celiac disease and anyone else, for that matter, seeking quality baked goods.
At Gluten Free By The Sea, we believe that gluten free baked can mean flavorful, wholesome treats again! Every recipe is crafted with care, ensuring that our delicious treats not only meet but exceed your expectations. From indulgent cakes to delicate pastries, each bite is a testament to our dedication to quality and taste.
Our journey began with a simple mission: to create a bakery where everyone can enjoy the pleasures of gluten free baked goods without compromise. With Cathleen's expertise and passion, we offer a menu that celebrates both the artistry of baking and the joy of eating well - even if you have dietary restrictions.
Our standard flour is made in house, comprised of Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour and Potato Starch. We bake DAIRY FREE, NUT FREE, SOY FREE, and VEGAN items on a regular basis (cookies, biscotti, muffins, wedding cakes and more)! Please contact us for other ingredient concerns.
